Financial Process Associate / Analyst - Supplier Data Management

This role is offered on a fixed term contract: 3-month probation period followed by an 18-month fixed-term contract

What You'll Be Doing:

• Fluent language skills in English (spoken and written – this is essential)
• Very well organized and highly detail-oriented
• Confident in handling phone and email communication with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Accurate, responsible, and comfortable working with sensitive financial data
• Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
• University degree is preferred (Finance, Business, Philology, Linguistics or related fields). Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
• Students are also welcome to apply, provided they are available to work full-time.

What You'll Bring:

• Creating and maintaining supplier accounts in the Oracle system
• Contacting suppliers (mainly by phone) to confirm bank account details and ensure data accuracy
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve data-related queries
• Supporting data quality and compliance processes within Supplier Data Management
