Why This Role Matters

The NZ market is a critical channel for PUMA, and this role is the engine that drives profitable and sustainable growth across field accounts and key retailers. You’ll be responsible for strengthening partnerships, executing seasonal Go-To-Market plans, and ensuring our B2B platform, MyPUMA.biz, delivers maximum value for long‑tail customers.

It combines strategic account leadership, structured field execution, and digital adoption — the ideal balance for a modern sales professional.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

Salespeople excel when they can control their territory, build commercial momentum, and directly influence results. This role gives you all of that.

  • Lead and Drive Sales Across Assigned Field Accounts

Develop strong commercial relationships, execute a structured sales call cycle, forecast effectively, and target high‑potential accounts that align with PUMA’s consumer strategy.

  • Execute Seasonal Go-To-Market Activities

Own the seasonal selling process, prioritise key customers, contribute to segmentation and assortment planning, and help strengthen brand desirability in NZ retail.

  • Manage and Maintain the MyPUMA.biz B2B Platform

Ensure accurate account setup, product data, pricing, and content. Monitor usage, activate low‑engagement customers, deliver onboarding and training, and drive order conversion and digital efficiency.

  • Deliver Seasonal Sell-In Targets and Sell-Through KPIs

Achieve your sell-in goals, align expectations with customers, maintain a clean and accurate order book, and drive strong sell-through outcomes across your territory.

  • Support Field Account Strategic Initiatives

Conduct structured store visits and business reviews, track retail KPIs, and collaborate with partners to strengthen performance and partnership value.

Your Scoreboard (KPIs)

You’ll be measured on the metrics that define high-performing sales representatives:

  • Sales and Margin Performance

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention

  • Forecast Accuracy and Reporting

  • Market Share Growth
