Full Description
Maximize Field Sales efficiency by ensuring all selling tools are working smoothly, from store audit application (GET) to selling content platform (Wingtips) and routes optimization apps. Train all users on the correct usage of said tools. Monitor teams’ performance thanks to the collected insights to guarantee excellent instore execution, detect business opportunities and implement new solutions.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Responsible for the maintenance and enhancements of in-house CRM apps.Users management and trainings for all strikers to properly report instore audits via handheld tool GET and IR.Guarantee high data quality standards of FS store universe with the correct segmentation and geolocalization. Be the link with HQ to drive technical enhancements of all apps.
Responsible to update Field Sales on-demand selling platform Wingtips, to provide teams the latest promotional calendars, top accounts agreements, consumer activations selling decks, innovation selling stories. Boost users engagement to the tool.
Ensure Perfect Store execution by strengthening the compliance of merchandising guidelines instore during monthly route rides with salesforce and periodic training pills.
Enrich FS vision with new automated dashboards using programming tools such as Power Bi and Snowflake. Routes optimization: program route planner application to optimize routes POS audits.
Build analysis of teams' performance to provide Field Sales community key recommendations to reach targets.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- Minimum 2 years of experience involving sales data analysis and CRM technologies.
- Background in programming data software (Power Bi, SQL, Python, Snowflake).
- Experience in FMCG sector and clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behaviour.

- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
- Team player, proactive mindset, strong initiative and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
