Fanatics Collectibles Summer 2025 Intern - NYC

Fanatics Collectibles is excited to invite talented and passionate students to join our Summer Internship Program, a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of the trading card and collectibles industry. You will have the chance to work alongside industry experts and participate in real-world projects that directly impact our business, providing you with valuable work experience and leadership skills.

Please note that this internship is an on-site opportunity (minimum 4x/week in-office) in Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY.

Areas of Placement:

You will be considered for an internship based on your application, as well as your prior experience and interests, as determined during the recruitment process. Areas of placement include:

• Business Strategy: Analyze market trends and provide insights to drive key business decisions.
• Digital Product (Mobile App Development): Collaborate on the development and enhancement of our mobile platforms, creating cutting-edge experiences for fans.
• Finance: Analyze financial data, forecast trends, and contribute to budgeting and reporting processes.
• Human Resources: Partner on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and other strategic HR projects.
• Marketing: Assist in campaign development, brand strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Product (Physical Card Development): Help bring trading card products to life through concept design, content development, and production support.
• Graphic Design: Design visually compelling trading card imagery and contribute to brand identity projects.
• Legal: Support senior attorneys across all business groups, gaining hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal research, intellectual property management, compliance, and corporate legal matters within the sports, technology, and collectibles industries.

Program Highlights:

• Collaborate with peers in a Shark Tank-style project to develop innovative ideas for the trading card industry.
• Participate in social and professional networking events with team members and industry leaders.
• Enjoy a Hobby industry immersion experience, learning about the rich history and future of collectibles.

Summer 2025 Schedule:

• Program dates: Monday, June 2, 2025 – Friday, August 8, 2025
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours/week (schedules may vary based on department needs and your availability)

Qualifications:

• Rising College Senior (must be graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026)
• Must be 18+ Years Old
• Prior internship experience aligned with one of our areas of placement
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Focus & Efficiency: Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Passionate about staying informed on collectibles trends, the evolving hobby landscape, and company-specific processes essential to trading card development.
• Culture Champion: Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to contribute to an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Driving Results: Proactive and motivated to take ownership of assigned projects, meet deadlines, and support team goals through hands-on contributions.

Additional Details:

• This is a paid internship opportunity ($25.00/hour)
• Must be available to work on-site 4+ days in office (Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY)
• Must be able to provide own housing and transportation
• Must be available for entire 10-week program from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025
