Job Description
We are looking for an EUS Support Operations Analyst, you will manage and support the IT workplace for internal customers, including desktop infrastructure at local sites and remote employees.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months
You will report to the Team Lead EUS Location or Head of EUS Support Services and collaborate across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for both local and remote users, focusing on the IT workplace and infrastructure.
- Prioritize VIP and business-critical department support requests.
- Monitor and report on local and global IT projects.
- Manage assets for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Oversee software license management and procure necessary hardware and software.
- Create and update documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Implement and support global IT projects.
- Interact with internal customers, external service providers, IT teams, and business departments.
Qualifications
- Strong IT service support experience in a large corporate environment.
- Technical expertise with MCP or equivalent in:
- Microsoft products (Active Directory, Teams, O365, SCCM)
- Cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Windows OS, MAC OSX, and applications
- Desktop deployment and application packaging
- Networking technologies (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with OS X Server, OpenDirectory, Mac administration, VoIP, and H323.
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to handle 24/7 pressure.
