Main goal
UEFA EURO 2028 will be played in eight cities across the UK and Ireland. Organising a EURO is a challenging task and we need fantastic, dedicated and experienced people in all sectors.
As one of the two Cluster Technical Services and Overlay Managers for UEFA EURO 2028, the role will be responsible for turning subprojects, lead centrally by the Technical Services & Overlay planning team, into tailored solutions for the nine host stadiums. They will hand over their venues to the Venue Technical Managers (starting end of 2027) and be responsible for the seamless transition of each subproject, familiarising the Venue Technical Managers with the venue and introducing them to their stadium counterparts, while also overseeing the technical implementation and operations during the tournament.
The position will be mainly based in Nyon. The role might involve temporarily moving to another venue/country to support another UEFA tournament. The role might also involve moving temporarily to one one of the cluster venues for the set-up and delivery of the tournament.

• Conducting detailed technical surveys of stadiums to document existing technical infrastructure
• Working closely with venues to define responsibilities and maximise the use of existing infrastructure
• Establishing an appropriate operation and reporting structure and effective workflow processes for the cluster
• Ensuring that technical services & overlay subprojects are delivered in accordance with agreed milestones and service levels
