Job Description

Are you ready to tell a story that moves people? At Entain, we're not just building a business - we’re building a brand that people want to work for, and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes that challenge.

We’re on the hunt for a Employer Brand Manager to join our Global Talent Marketing team. Based in Bulgaria, you’ll help shape how the world sees us - bringing our employer value proposition to life in bold, authentic ways that make people feel the energy, pride and impact of working at Entain.

You’ll work closely with internal and external partners - Group Resourcing, DE&I, Internal Comms, creative agencies, and more - to create breakthrough campaigns, meaningful content, and unforgettable candidate experiences across every touchpoint.

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to leave your mark on a global brand, in a business where ambition is backed, creativity is celebrated, and great ideas win.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring our EVP to life
Turn our employer value proposition into compelling campaigns that raise the bar and enable us to attract top, diverse talent across multiple geographies.
  • Own the brand, own the impact
Lead the development and delivery of talent marketing strategies that shape perceptions, build trust, and drive applications by being a trusted strategic partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Create content that connects
Partner with teams across the business to develop engaging content from videos, stories, social posts, and beyond, that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
  • Fuel brand advocacy
Empower colleagues to become storytellers and ambassadors through toolkits, campaigns, and training - amplifying authentic voices across the organisation.
  • Guard our brand
Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across all employer brand assets and platforms - maintaining alignment with our EVP and overall brand.
  • Champion the candidate experience
Help make every interaction with our brand - from first glance to final interview - simple, inclusive, and reflective of our culture.
  • Leverage insights that matter
Use data to measure effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and continually refining strategies based on what works to raise the bar.
  • Stay curious, stay ahead
Keep an eye on trends, technologies and talent behaviours - bringing fresh thinking to everything you do.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in employer branding ideally in a global, fast-paced environment with diverse audiences.
  • A strategic thinker and creative storyteller, confident shaping campaigns that connect EVP to business goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to influence, align and build trust across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
  • Experience leading or co-creating content and creative direction working with internal teams or external agencies to deliver standout campaigns.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to measure, optimise, and clearly communicate the impact of branding efforts.
  • A global mindset and cultural awareness with the ability to adapt messaging and campaigns for different regions while staying true to our brand.
  • A passionate brand advocate and change agent, energised by storytelling, collaboration, and driving inclusive, engaging experiences.
