Role Overview
The eCommerce Associate is an entry level Business Management position whose primary purpose is the performance of basic tasks necessary for ongoing site operations, basic reporting, and marketing campaign and channel coordination. The Associate supports many basic aspects of the assigned web business(es) including, but not limited to: creative development and deployment, promotion set-up, reporting preparation and basic analysis, merchandising coordination, internal operations coordination and monitoring. The Associate will utilize the portfolio of tools at their disposal, e.g. Lumen, Omniture, Reporting Cubes, etc., to perform these tasks. works with partners on maintaining strategic planning initiatives, marketing program development, results analysis, campaign execution and data integrity and execution. The Associate will be introduced to basic concepts of basic ecommerce operating principals, ecommerce operations, basic marketing tactics, KPI definition, basic report preparation, and basic data analysis. The Associate will also engage with partner contacts on a limited operational and process coordination basis.
The Associate will require initial training and direct supervision. The Associate will quickly progress to operate with moderate task oversight and assistance from their manager.
How You Will Make an Impact:
•Perform daily site operation tasks, processes -at the appropriate cadence- in coordination with other business team members
•Utilize appropriate tools and communication channels to perform tasks at a basic functional level at a consistent level of accuracy
•Ensure the timely compilation of routine and regular reporting of business performance for both internal and external communities.
•Coordinate and collaborate with merchandise team to understand merchandise initiatives and priorities
•Coordinate and collaborate with creative designers in the development of marketing assets
•Establish and maintain partner relationships to affect process productivity
•Coordinate and collaborate with assigned partner associates in the development and deployment of partner-controlled marketing assets
•Engage with Product Administration, Customer Service, Channel Marketing teams and Business Intelligence teams as necessary
•Develop rudimentary knowledge base of ecommerce and sports licensed retail business
•Other duties as assigned

•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required
•Ability to learn technology tools and processes quickly
•Keen attention to detail
•Ability to think analytically and creatively
•Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
•Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards partners.
•Ability to develop effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily in Excel with the ability to sort and organize data using pivot tables.
•Basic knowledge of Internet technologies
