We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong operations background, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has experience working in a technology organization, driving business outcomes, and supporting executive-level decision-making. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Director, Business Operations and Enablement in the CP&I (Consumer, Product, & Innovation) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the organizations effectiveness and driving business outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the flow of information, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring executives are working towards shared goals and priorities. 

  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership of the CP&I organization, handling confidential information and projects, and ensuring the CP&I is running effectively. 
  • You will manage the business operations of the CP&I organization, including workflow, communications air traffic control, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. 
  • You will facilitate special events, meetings, and strategic alignment initiatives to drive business outcomes and foster collaboration. 
  • You will standardize the cadence of preparation and materials production, track action items and objectives, and identify opportunities for process improvement. 
  • You will be responsible for analysis, design, implementation, operations, and support of the resources, systems, and software/database products.
  • You will develop and execute strategic plans for business operations areas, aligning with the CP&I's vision and objectives. 
  • This role is accountable for results that impact the entire business segment and is a functional budget holder.
  • This role is responsible for the development of a team of professional managers and experienced individual contributors.You will be responsible for talent management of this team and providing input into succession planning and performance management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

CP&I is a dynamic team that supports the Nike Global Technology in driving business outcomes and strategic planning across the organization. You will work closely with the CP&I executive leadership, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and drive long-term success. 

As a trusted advisor to the VP of CP&I, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring the organization is working towards shared goals and priorities. You will report directly to the VP and work closely with executive leadership, IT teams, HR, Legal, Finance, and various stakeholders across the organization. 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology organization, with a focus on business operations and strategic planning, and budget management. 
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, driving business outcomes, and supporting executive-level decision-making. 
  • Strong operations background, with experience working in a technology organization. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with executives, stakeholders, and team members. 
  • Demonstrated experience with Finance, HR, TA, and other support function workflows and data sets.
