Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Digital Video Editor Specialist to join the Social Team of Milano Cortina 2026.

The ideal candidate is an experienced video editor, specializing in creating and adapting video content for all social media platforms, capable of ensuring that our channels engage a global audience and reflect the values of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English is mandatory.


Knowledge of graphic design and experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is considered a plus.

Content Creation for social media:

  • Develop and curate visually appealing and engaging video content tailored for different social media platforms, including to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and curate visually appealing and engaging graphic content tailored for different social media platforms, including to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Support in video editing and post-production for social media, mainly using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut;
  • Possible support with video shooting, both with a professional camera and with a smartphone;
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design graphics, edit photos, and produce video content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
  • Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Proficiency in live event coverage and onsite reporting.
  • Ability to analyze and assess the most effective social media content for production.
  • Experience in creating compelling social media video content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.


Copywriting:

  • Craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards, paying attention to grammar, style, and tone.


Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • Video editor with proven experience in creating video content for social media;
  • Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut;
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva for graphic design tasks (considered a plus);
  • Interest in and understanding of digital trends and social content creation dynamics;
  • Creativity, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.


Requirements

  • Proved expertise in video content creation for social media;
  • Expertise in content creation for Sport;
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices;
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools;
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
  • English;
  • Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator ) DaVinci Resolve, Canva.
