In this role, you will take the helm of our digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels with a relentless focus on accelerating subscription growth.

You will be the driving force behind our commercial success while championing an experimentation-led culture, cultivate powerful publisher partnerships, and utilise measurement-driven optimisation to maximise our acquisition outcomes. 


You will play a crucial, cross-functional role in seamlessly connecting our digital investments with broader marketing, analytics, and overarching business objectives. Ultimately, your vision will ensure every performance marketing initiative aligns with Foxtel Group's long-term growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee our search, social, and affiliate strategies to deliver measurable subscriber growth. You will establish campaign governance frameworks that perfectly balance experimentation, performance efficiency, and brand impact.
  • Lead the identification, activation, and measurement of creators and influencers across the entertainment and sports landscape. You’ll scale these partnerships to deliver high-impact engagement and hard conversions.
  • Drive a rigorous test-and-learn program (including A/B and multi-cell testing). You will partner closely with our marketing science teams to inform Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and attribution analysis.
  • Own and manage premium publisher relationships. You will negotiate first-to-market opportunities, bonus deals, and ad credits, while optimizing our affiliate networks to expand subscription volumes.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, planning, analytics) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are insight-driven
  • Drive both brand and direct-response campaigns on social platforms, managing creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Act as the Foxtel Group's senior performance marketing lead, you will set the gold standard for campaign measurement, and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior 

About your experience

  • 6 years + of digital marketing experience with deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Previous experience in subscription-driven, media, entertainment, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is highly desirable 
  • A proven track record of running experimentation-led campaign
  • Strong experience managing publisher relationships and successfully negotiating premium inventory, bonus deals, and first-to-market opportunities.
  •  Advanced analytical skills with deep expertise in measurement frameworks, campaign reporting, budget management, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
  • A creative, analytical problem-solver with a relentless test-and-learn mentality.
