As a Digital Image Assistant, you will provide support to the UEFA Digital Image Manager to meets UEFA’s photography needs during UEFA competitions and events. This is a temporary position (maternity leave cover).

Main goal

As a Digital Image Assistant, you will provide support to the UEFA Digital Image Manager to meets UEFA’s photography needs during UEFA competitions and events. This is a temporary position (maternity leave cover). 

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating stakeholder requirements for the creation of photographer briefs that meet UEFA's needs and standards
• Ensuring tagging principles are followed on all assets and that metadata on the UEFA Digital Library, also called the UEFA Digital Assets Management (DAM) system, meets the UEFA requirements
• Assisting with the delivery of digital assets to stakeholders via the UEFA DAM system

Requirements

Experience

• 1 to 3 years’ experience of working in an international environment, in an administrative capacity
• Experience in communication or marketing in the sports or photography industry would be an asset

Education

• Bachelor's degree or other qualification in communication or marketing would be an asset

Languages

• English / Proficient

Other requirements

• Experience of digital platforms
• Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to work on administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
