About the Role: Reporting to a Development Director, you will provide operational leadership. You will harness your experience to promote collaboration, inspire creativity, enhance QA practices, share expertise, and advocate for superior game design and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Project Management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Build, mentor and support QA teams, ensuring professional development and effective team collaboration
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and producers
Process Efficiency
Track and report on QA metrics, such as defect density and defect leakage
Improve operational effectiveness of team effort by assessing current practices, incorporating new strategies, and increasing predictability
Resource Management
Oversee planning and execution of QA efforts from pre-production through post-launch
People/Talent Management
Monitor and evolve talent skill mix through training and recruitment plans
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion
Conduct performance reviews, career development, and training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 
3+ years of game or software development QA experience
1+ years in a lead/manager role.
