Full Description
In short
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious ERP Systems Administrator to join our D365 Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your IT career in a fast-paced environment where we make ideas happen and give you real responsibility from day one. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to learn how IT systems power a global business, this role is for you. You'll get to work with a modern, cloud-based IT landscape and help us build the future.
Your Mission
-
Provide effective 1st and 2nd level support for our core business systems, with a focus on our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and its connections to our retail and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
-
Investigate system issues, find creative solutions, and learn to escalate more complex problems to our senior colleagues.
-
Collaborate with other technical stakeholders (sys admins, power users and developers) to investigate the root cause of recurring problems, contributing to the design and implementation of robust, long-term solutions.
-
Assist with managing ERP support tickets, ensuring that issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
-
Support the team on exciting IT projects, giving you a great opportunity to learn about project management.
-
Help with day-to-day system administration tasks, including managing user access and permissions across our tools.
-
Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting system procedures and solutions.
-
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical after-hours support and ensure system stability.
Your story
-
A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related engineering field.
-
Around 3-4 years of experience in an IT support or junior systems administrator role.
-
You have a foundational understanding of business operations. Experience with retail systems, Point-of-Sale (POS) and ERP systems is a big plus (Microsoft D365FO is required, but experience with others is valuable too).
-
You collaborate effectively, with a passion for providing great service and a keen eye for detail.
-
You are proactive and have an affinity for optimisation and continuous improvement.
-
You are a motivated self-starter, able to work independently in a dynamic and growing company.
