You’ll be exposed to the full content production process from idea development through to post, and will play an active role across a wide range of projects. You’ll support our creative producers both behind the scenes and on set, and also get the chance to run with smaller projects of your own, such as sizzles, internal edits, and pitch assets.

This is a 3-month internship with a view to extend for the right person

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the Creative Production team on live shoots and content creation.
  • Helping manage production logistics: organising props, kit, call sheets, talent coordination, locations, crew, etc.
  • Taking on day-to-day admin and team support tasks that keep projects running smoothly.
  • Getting involved in brainstorms and idea development sessions.
  • Assisting with the creation of short-form edits and internal sizzle reels.
  • Taking the lead on small-scale video content projects with guidance and feedback.
  • Learning from a fast-paced, experienced team across multiple production disciplines.
  • General finance and production admin to help keep the team running smoothly

What you will gain:

  • Hands-on experience on real shoots and creative projects.
  • The chance to build your skills, confidence, and portfolio.
  • Mentorship from experienced producers.
  • Exposure to a fast-moving, collaborative production & creative environment.
  • The opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest brands.
  • The potential to extend into a 12-month internship based on performance and fit.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in video content, production, and storytelling.
  • Some hands-on experience in content creation or production (even at uni or personal projects).
  • A can-do, positive attitude - no task is too big or small.
  • Someone who’s keen to get stuck in, learn by doing, and always looking to improve.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. A natural team player with strong communication skills.
  • Bonus: familiarity with editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).

Benefits:

  • Free access to Headspace.
  • Hybrid working.
  • 25 days annual leave per annum plus UK bank holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Programme - Wellbeing support for you and family living with you // free legal and financial advice, including telephone and potentially in person counselling.

Office Perks:

  • Free breakfast including a variety of fruits, cereal, toast.
  • Free snacks & soft drinks throughout the day.
  • Payday Pizza.
  • Amazing views from our roof terrace where we occasionally have a spot of yoga.
