Job Overview:
The Coordinator, Ticketing – Combat Sports & Golf provides critical administrative and ticket operations support for high-impact events across these two verticals. Working closely with the ticketing team, this role assists with administrative needs, inventory updates, and internal stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, and has a passion for live events in the sports world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management Support:
- Update inventory logs and internal trackers.
- Assist with ticket counts, holds, and release processes as directed.
- Help monitor event dashboards and flag discrepancies.
- Cross-Team Coordination:
- Communicate with sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams on ticketing needs.
- Assist in preparing event recaps, internal updates, and post-event summaries.
- Respond to internal Slack or email inquiries regarding event setup or inventory status.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain documentation folders for each event including pricing changes, manifests, and reporting exports.
- Help prepare materials for partner meetings and internal reviews.
- Support on event day operations where needed, especially for quick-turn combat events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sports, events, or operations.
- 1–2 years of experience in ticketing, entertainment, or administrative support.
- High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
