The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailedCulinary Manager to join our team to help in the planning of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup 26™  

As a Culinary Manager you are responsible to support the Back of House,Food & Beverage Management team in the day-to-day operation by performing certain tasks, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Developing overarching strategies for food and beverage operations that align with FIFA World Cup 26goals, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple venues and events.

  • Managing a team of food and beverage coordinators, chefs, vendors, and service staff across different venues, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

  • Collaborating with culinary teams to create event-specific menus that reflect the cultural diversity and preferences of attendees while meeting FIFA's standards.

  • Monitoring food safety standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices across all food and beverage operations to ensure compliance and guest safety.

  • Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs while maintaininghigh standards of service and quality.

  • Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through innovative F&B offerings, efficient service delivery, and personalized hospitality.

  • Conducting regular evaluations, gathering feedback from guests and stakeholders, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards.

  • Oversee project milestones and deadlines

  • Manage project team and move work forward daily within team environment

  • Facilitate and lead F&B meetings with key staff and vendors

  • Manage and oversee onsite staff and vendors

  • Troubleshoot, anticipate and act proactively on all event aspects leading up to and onsite

  • Assist with proposals and pitch meetings 

  • Maintain and manage client relationships

  • Update senior management

Administrative & Other Responsibilities 

  • Expense Reports

  • Process Invoices

  • File storage

  • Weekly hours billing reports

You Have These:

  • Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field. 

  • Considerable (3-5 years) full-time, progressively responsible experience in the food and beverage industry preferably including catering, and concession work (example: scheduling staff and events, training employees, selecting and ordering products, inventory control, and menu preparation).

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite | Adobe Acrobat | Zoom | DocuSign

  • Highly organized and process-oriented 

  • Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy 

  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills 

  • Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy 

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Knowledge of FileMaker| Keynote | SharePoint | Smartsheets | Microsoft Teams | Zoom 

  • Prior experience with large-scale sporting events a plus 

  • Flexibility and positive attitude to work long days, evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary 

Travel:Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work during holidays.  This position may require up to 30-40% travel.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$71,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$95,000 annually
