Full Description
Reporting to the Talent Operations Manager, the Talent Operations Coordinator (TOC) supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through off-boarding. The TOC provides balanced execution support to the Talent team, across all North American entities. Your role will serve as the operational backbone of the Talent team, ensuring an excellent employee experience for approximately 8,000 employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
ONBOARDING
Process relocations through the vendor portal and manage exceptions
Ensure premium onboarding experience from day 1 by conducting new hire onboarding calls
Own new hire compliance by completing I-9s and auditing of new hire paperwork
OFFBOARDING
Manage voluntary termination process.
Submit IT separation requests and partner with IT on employee equipment returns.
Submit HR separation forms with final pay details.
Draft and send exit emails to separating employees with required state documents
COMPLIANCE
Manage unemployment claims via the vendor portal.
Provide additional compliance support to the business, including state-required posters, handouts, reporting, follow-up, and communications.
Support Compensation with minimum wage updates
Create confirmation letters for off-cycle pay adjustments and in-role promotions.
Create repayment and recoupment letters as needed.
SYSTEM PROCESSING
Submit LOAs, separations, title/manager/organizational changes as requested.
Ensure digital personnel files are complete; push updated documents for signature via 3rd party platform.
Assist in answering questions and issues within Zendesk related to IT, Payroll, and Benefits.
Level 1 Talent systems questions and issues (ECM, My Wings, and Amplify)
Create SAP reports as requested (ad hoc from TBPs, COEs)
BENEFITS SUPPORT
Submit COBRA subsidies
Complete Qualified Medical Support Notices
Review and approve life event changes and support open enrollment
Support LOA management by collecting and submitting Leave of Absence documents to Third Party Administrator, tracking Workers' Compensation Light Duty Agreements, and supporting ADA requests
Assist Talent Business Partners with LOA Interactive and Return to Work processes
PROGRAM SUPPORT
Host on-site training events
Partner with COE’s on Talent Playbook updates and communications
Process Tuition Assistance reimbursements
Support New Leader Assimilation trainings
Provide coaching on tools & talent resources (Amplify, ECM)
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Success managing simultaneous projects
- 1+ years of experience providing excellent customer service to ensure premium experiences for employees
- Working knowledge of the integration of leaves and benefits
- Must be a proactive problem solver and team player who is detail-oriented and flexible; a self-starter requiring minimal supervision with the ability to support requests from multiple directions
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately
- Travel 0-10%
