Full Description

Who are we: Everton Football Club is one of world sport's most respected and revered names - a by-word for innovation, professionalism and community.

During the course of a glittering history spanning three centuries, we have been shaped and guided by our aspirational motto Nil Satis Nisi Optimum - nothing but the best is good enough.

One of only three clubs to have been a founder member of both the Football League and Premier League, our Men’s Senior Team has played more games in English football's top-flight than any other, winning nine league titles, five FA Cups and a European Cup Winners’ Cup.

In summer 2025, we embarked on an exciting new journey at Hill Dickinson Stadium, a world-class waterfront arena on the banks of Liverpool’s iconic River Mersey. The newest, most sustainable and most accessible stadium in the Premier League, our new home is also a state-of-the-art 365-venue for non-footballing events and conferences.

On the pitch, we remain committed to developing and supporting teams across our Men’s, Women’s and Academy set-ups that inspire, bring pride and continue to compete at the highest level of the game.

About the opportunity: We are looking for a number of reliable and detail-oriented Casual Laundry Assistants to join us support as and when with the day-to-day laundry and kit operations across Finch Farm.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a behind-the-scenes role in ensuring our players and staff are equipped to perform at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily laundry operations for all playing, training, and staff kit
  • Ensuring all garments are cleaned, dried, folded, and prepared to a high professional standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the laundry facility
  • Monitoring stock levels of laundry supplies and report when replenishment is required
  • Working collaboratively with kit and operations staff to meet team schedules and demands

Who we are looking for: You will have a strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within a laundry department is desirable but you must have excellent awareness of health & safety.

Due to the nature of the role and it being casual, flexibility is essential.

There may be a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to support training schedules and matchdays to cover sickness / holiday cover.

The closing date for applications is Friday 3rd April 2026.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a substantial amount of applications.
