Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate BWF Digital Account Manager 80-100% to help shape and operate BWF’s global OTT platform within a dynamic, international sports media environment.
In this role, you will manage a key client relationship and work across platform operations, content strategy, audience growth, and marketing to ensure a seamless user experience and continuous platform growth performance improvement.
You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting where your ideas and contribution directly impact the platform’s success.

Your main tasks
Act as the primary point of contact for BWF, managing the relationship and ensuring their needs are clearly understood and delivered
Coordinate across internal teams (Rights, Production, Media) to ensure smooth OTT platform operations and compliance with contractual and broadcast requirements
Manage content operations, ensuring accurate ingestion, presentation, and optimisation of live and VOD content across OTT and potential social media platforms
Manage and coordinate vendors, clients, and internal teams to execute platform strategies across subscriptions, pricing, content, and marketing
Oversee day-to-day OTT platform operations, ensuring smooth performance across streaming, vendor support, and B2B/B2C workflows
Monitor platform performance and trends (e.g. analytics, bandwidth, ingestion, transcoding) and drive continuous optimisation, new features, and cost efficiency
Plan and execute content strategies across OTT and social platforms, including paywall decisions and cross-platform distribution for live and VOD content
Ensure accurate content ingestion, metadata, and presentation (e.g. video, thumbnails, banners) while maintaining high quality standards
Oversee and optimise content workflows to ensure timely delivery and coordinate the integration of commentary solutions (AI-generated or remote)
Analyse audience and revenue performance (viewership, engagement, retention, subscriptions) to optimise content placement and drive growth across platforms
Develop and execute marketing strategies across paid media, CRM, and organic channels to drive engagement, subscriptions, and retention
Collaborate with BWF and partners on social media, content planning, and cross-platform promotion to maximise reach
Manage agencies and identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, distribution models, and digital collaborations
Your profile
You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in OTT, streaming, or digital media
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education
You have a strong understanding of OTT platforms, workflows, content management systems, and monetisation models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, FAST)
You combine an analytical mindset with the ability to translate audience and performance data into actionable insights
You understand the dynamics of the digital media and sports business industry
You demonstrate strong project management skills and thrive in cross-functional, international environments
You work independently in a structured and organised way, with a hands-on and proactive mindset
You are a collaborative team player with a positive, innovative, and responsible attitude
You are committed to delivering high-quality results with a strong client-first mindset and alignment with our values
You are fluent in English
