Business Management Analyst

We are looking for a tenacious, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Business Management Analyst in McLean, VA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, ACH/wire requests and bank transfers daily
- Handle deposit of client income and scanning expenses daily
- Reconcile client bank accounts monthly
- Act as point of contact for multiple financial advisors and OFS team members on client questions, payment status, misc. transactions etc.
- Process client reports on as needed basis
- Assist in research and clearing of outstanding payables and receipts
- Provide general administrative support for the OFS team
- Coordinate special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; relevant experience in personal financial planning or wealth management a plus
- Ability to prioritize workload, balance tasks and follow projects through completion
- Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong digital literacy and previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically SalesForce and Agilink
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
