Full Description

At Stats Perform, we don’t just power sport - we shape its future. As a global leader in sports data and technology, we help the biggest names in sport and media unlock deeper insights, make faster decisions, and deliver unforgettable fan experiences. Whether it’s tracking player performance, enhancing tactical analysis, or powering in-game betting, our technology is at the heart of how sport is played, analysed, and consumed today.

We’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve recruitment delivery from our Katowice office. This is not your average TA Manager role - it’s a hands-on, fast-moving, globally focused opportunity where adaptability, resilience, and strong judgment will be critical to your success.

About the Role

You’ll be expected to provide strategic oversight, coaching, and operational execution, You will also get stuck in and run your own requisitions. This is not a pure people management role, it’s about balancing leadership and delivery.

You will be helping to embed new systems, evolve how we work, and navigate a fast-changing environment. Things move quickly here, so we need someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay productive when things are still being figured out. If you’re someone who needs everything to be neat, tidy and pre-defined, this probably isn’t for you - if you thrive on a challenge and are ready to make a difference to an improving internal recruitment service, this is ideal for you.
