Job Overview:
We are looking for an AssociateManager,Media,to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As anAssociate Manager, Media,you willbe responsible fordeveloping and nurturing collaborative relationships withcampus media opportunitiestofacilitatemeaningful visibility for brandswith the Next Generation.
This is a fixed-term role currently approved through December 31, 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond that date based on business needs and performance.
What You'll Do:
Develop business relationships withschoolcontactstoidentifyand inventory media opportunities (print, digital, social, etc.)
Collaborate with theWasserman Next GenClient Services team tounderstand theadvertisingneeds of each client andprovideclient-specificmedia plan
Serve as a liaison between campus contacts andWasserman Next Genclients to develop and execute on-campus media placementsensuringall campaigns are achieving client goals
Manage and coordinate on-campus mediacampaignsby overseeing placementcoordination, including but not limitedtocontracts,reporting/tracking, billing, etc.
Track all campus learnings and activities indatabase bycreating,updating,andmaintainingaccuratedocumentation ofmedia properties
Support daily workflow ofclient projectsand proposalstoensuretimely, economic execution
Assistin producing client-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative program data
Research higher education institutions, including campus trends, policies, procedures, event opportunities, campus contacts, etc.
Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Gen consumers
Contribute to agency culture by activelyparticipatingin building positive internal relationships andmaintainingenthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion points
Perform other duties, as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience inmedia planning and buying
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effective multitasking
Customer-service focuswithoutstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)
Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solve
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Base salary range: $43-55K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
