Job Description

We serve as problem solvers for our clients, helping them grow their business through content and campaigns consumers love.

Cycle seeks an Associate Manager with a passion for influencer marketing and creating cultural impact within social media. The right candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to execute best in class creator programs in various verticals, taking on tasks big or small to bring campaigns to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is sharp, curious, proactive, and intrigued about the influencer space. Successful candidates should have interest in the evolution of social media and be enthusiastic about all things digital and social. Most importantly, they should have a team player attitude and be open to putting themselves in new situations, striving to learn and grow. This person should have great oral and written communication and isn't afraid to ask questions. They will bring energy and passion to everything they do, unafraid to tackle projects both big and small.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute successful influencer campaigns across various clients and verticals
  • Source, vet, recommend, negotiate, and contract influencer talent based on client KPIs with demonstrated ability to negotiate with talent and agents
  • Liaison between talent managers and internal teams/clients for campaign management, social execution, and day-to-day communication
  • Establish strong and trusting client and talent relationships
  • Opportunity to own campaigns, acting as the main point of contact for clients/internal teams and executing from start to finish, while provide strategic recommendations and creative solutions
  • Provide strategic thinking and thoughtful recommendations through various phases of campaign execution including strategy, creative, and social execution
  • Assist in management of deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Partner with internal teams to understand client objectives, strategies, and goals; provide guidance on creative and talent recommendations, pricing, and internal requirements
  • Create campaign materials such as weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Record and distribute call notes, ensuring all parties are privy to next steps
  • Coordinate paid support logistics such as whitelisting and management of CreatorIQ for social metrics
  • Support campaign reporting including analytics organization, social analysis, and thoughtful development of learning and recommendations
  • Lead content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
  • Work with internal sales and execution teams to assist in building deliverables and talent recommendations for business development efforts as needed
  • Maintain in-depth, relevant knowledge of the changing social landscape, social trends, industry trends, and technologies

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of account or project management experience with experience in executing creator and talent campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant intern experience in advertising or social media
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of creator-marketing landscape
  • Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving abilities
  • Professional, polite, and respectful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable with client facing and talent facing role

    Base salary range: $65-75K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

    Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
