Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
- Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility
- Followed procedure and leader instructions in T&E service area
- Help to achieve process improvement under instructions of team leads
- Perform accounting tasks in T&E
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive hardcopies or scan copies of T&E reimbursement request and register in tracker
- Audit reimbursement reports according to company policies
- Conduct the data entries in ERP system
- Perform double checks to the entry data
- Maintain user master data in SAP system
- Answer enquiries through emails
- Create and maintain desktop procedures according to process change

- Employees who submit the reimbursement reports
- Team lead and team colleagues
- Colleagues of other function teams within GBS
- People of local markets via process areas
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong responsibility
- Customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- Good language skill in both oral and writing in Japanese (or Korean)
- Experience of SAP and Concur processing is preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- 1 to 2 years of accounting or relevant working experience
