Role Overview
We’re looking for an experiencedAssociate Creative Directorto step in for maternity cover. This role is within asports and entertainment marketing agency, and the candidate must be a specialist inExperientialMarketingto lead creative work for brands includingATP Tennis, Rexona, Bacardi Group, MINI, adidas and more.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortabledirecting teamsandgetting hands-on whenever the project demands it. You’ll shape bold, culturally resonant ideas that sit across channels. This is a high-energy role requiring exceptional organisation and collaboration.
What You'll be Doing:
Direct teamsof mid to senior-level, inspiring high levels of craft and collaboration.
Contribute to bothlive client workandnew business pitches.
Partner with Strategy, Accounts, and Production Leads to ensure output meets both creative ambition and the commercial goals of the client / business.
Manage multiple projects(4–8 at any one time) with clarity, calm, and vision.
Present ideas and craft narratives confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
What You Need:
Creative Leadership
Proven experience as an ACD or CD in sports and entertainment agency.
Ability to set creative direction, shape big ideas, and oversee execution.
Skilled at developing big ideas that flex across integrated channels.
Experiential Expertise & Integrated Experience
Deep understanding oflive experiencesfrom concept to delivery.
Strong grasp of integrated storytelling across key channels includingExperiential,
Partnerships,PR, Social, Brand Acts, Hospitality, On Trade, Show and Retail.
Experience working across diverse formats - from physical experiences to digital.
Organisation & Drive
Excellenttime managementto manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.
Hands-on when needed, with the ability to jump in and elevate ideas under pressure.
Confident communicator and natural collaborator with clients and agency teams alike
