Your mission

PUMA’s Entertainment marketing operations apprentice will support the team with all product needs andprovideoperationalsupport.Responsibilities include understanding key product initiatives, management of the showroomand stockroom, inventoryplanning for the year,showroomappointmentand eventsupport, as well as coverageand support of the larger office and showroom needs. The Marketing Operations Apprentice is a self-starter who is passionate aboutbrand,product,and learning allfacetsofan exciting workplace. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure productin office stockroom and showroom is up to date, priority, and accommodating of all sizes 

  • Maintainshowroombydisplayingrelevant apparel / footwear,replenishing missing sizing,and dressingmannequins

  • Support in celebrity / influencer showroom appointments in a professional capacity and proactively tidyafter showroom appointments and guests

  • Support in registering guests, providing hospitality, and setup/breakdown of showroom for meetings and appointments

  • Manageallproduct inventory andupdatelookbookaccordinglyper global marketing directives

  • Send,trackand managepackages for the teamas requestedviainternalwarehouse platform, as well as support incoming/outgoing messengers andFedex.

  • Support ad hoc marketing programs and activations including event coverage, product gifting,staffing support

  • Front desk and conciergecoveragewith greeting visitors,registering guests, andcommunicating with Securitywhen needed

  • Assistinmonthly team activitiesandsupportall employee facingeventswhich may includeidentifying,outreachand managingoutside vendors.

  • Assistin organization,setupand facilitation of onsite meetingsinclduingbut not limitedto:room reservation, calendar invite, sending confirmations, ordering hospitality, welcoming, and cleanup. 

Your talent

  • College Degree preferred

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Interest inMarketingOperations, Administrative,and or Office Management

  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs

  • Abilityto work independently and/or team environment, multi-task and self-motivated

  • Proactiveapproach to problem solving.

  • Must be based in LA. Have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Hollywood, CA

  • Must be able to lift40lb boxes.

  • Must be able to workin office9am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
