Sportradar is a global leader, provide cutting-edge data solutions and services to media companies, bookmakers, sports federations (NBA, NHL, Nascar…) and state authorities. The Office in Seville is responsible for developing and maintaining the Upstream Data platform of Sportradar's world-leading sports betting services, providing data to hundreds of Bookmakers around the globe, seen by millions of users daily, and supporting more than 100k transactions per second.

THE ROLE:
How Will Success Be Evaluated?
- Quality and performance in the work assigned by the line manager.
- Quality and accuracy in tickets resolution.
- Quality in the creation of documentation.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Providing technical support and proactively ensuring that SLAs agreed with customers are met.
- Communicating with the customers and stakeholders about progress of incident escalations.
- Ensure escalation procedures are followed.
- Logs analysis and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring tool analysis.
- Ensure documentation is updated.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience in support service second line or equivalent role.
- Experience and understanding of SQL language.
- Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019 or 2022) Administration or Linux Server (RedHat, CentOS or Oracle Linux) Administration.
- Log file analysis understanding.
- TCP/IP Networks basic concepts knowledge and internet network knowledge.
- Any monitoring system, software development, or system administration experience.
- Adherence to IT policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service.
- Experience with GitLab or any CD/CI tool would be an advantage.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Persistent, will not leave a work undone.
- Demonstrated Teamwork attitude and experience.
- Honest, able to learn quickly.
- Loyal and committed to the objectives of team and company.
- English level B2.
- Oracle DB Administration experience would be a plus.
