The Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager – Italy to drive our affiliate marketing strategy and execution in the Italian market. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving high-quality traffic, and delivering strong acquisition performance.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will own affiliate deals end-to-end, ensuring a strong pipeline of first-time depositors (FTDs) and active customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliate partners within the Italian market 
•  Negotiate and execute commercial deals to drive registrations and FTDs 
•  Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners 
•  Monitor affiliate performance, analysing KPIs such as traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, and ROI 
•  Optimise deals and placements to maximise performance and profitability 
•  Provide onboarding support and technical guidance to ensure affiliates are fully enabled 
•  Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless integration and campaign execution 
•  Deliver regular reporting on affiliate performance, deal status, and growth opportunities 
•  Represent DAZN Bet at industry events and gaming fairs to expand affiliate networks 
•  Work with the Marketing Director to enhance affiliate visibility across DAZN platforms where relevant 

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market 
•  Strong expertise in affiliate marketing, particularly SEO-led affiliate models 
•  Deep understanding of affiliate deal structures, placements, and performance optimisation 
•  Established network of affiliate partners within Italy 
•  Proven track record of driving high-quality FTDs and customer acquisition 
•  Strong commercial mindset with focus on NGR, LTV, and sustainable growth 
•  Analytical approach with the ability to assess performance and optimise ROI 
•  Passion for sport, betting, and building a high-performance brand 
•  Strong communication and relationship management skills 
•  Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
