Our UY office is hiring a VIP Team Leader to join their ARM Executive team. This role would be suited to someone with a strong customer service and commercial focus background looking for a new challenge.
As a VIP Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of the VIP Executives Management team for Brazilian Market, ensuring high-value players receive an exceptional and personalized service.
The role focuses on leading the team to maximize player satisfaction, retention, and overall value, while implementing strategies to protect business revenue coming from VIP players. The VIP Team Leader is a pivotal link between senior management and the VIP team, aligning VIP initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy.
Please note this role requires the successful candidate to be professionally fluent in Portuguese (BR) Spanish and English, due to the nature of this role.
This role is also based fully in Uruguay.
Requisitos
Qualifications
- VIP Account Management : 3–5 years’ experience managing high-value VIPs in online gaming or a similar customer-focused industry (Desirable).
- Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and optimize VIP programs.
- CRM & Segmentation Expertise : Skilled in using CRM systems, segmentation strategies, and tailored account management for VIPs (Desirable).
- Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the online gaming sector, including player behavior, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial profile: Identify opportunities to bring business results and mindset to the team.
- Track inbound and outbound contacts and ensure excellent quality levels for our dedicated VIP customer service team.
- Fluent or native Portuguese , written and spoken (C2)
- Advance English , written and spoken (C1)
