On Location provides unrivaled access for corporate clients and fans looking for official, immersive experiences at marquee events, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup 2026, Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, and more. An official partner and/or service provider to over 150 iconic rights holders, such as the IOC (the Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games), FIFA, NFL, NCAA, UFC, WWE, and PGA of America, the company also owns and operates a number of its own unique experiences. On Location is a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.

The Accessibility Senior Coordinator plays a central role in driving the integration of accessibility and inclusion across all centralized hospitality operations. Reporting to the Director Hospitality Central Services, this role ensures that all services, environments, systems, and workforce experiences meet or exceed international accessibility standards — with a strong focus on operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and Games-time delivery.

The position bridges strategic accessibility objectives with practical delivery, ensuring accessible experiences for clients, staff, volunteers, and guests, including persons with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Central Services, the ACS Manager will liaise closely with all functional teams and venues to ensure accurate needs assessment, planning timelines, access alignment, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Integration:
Embed accessibility requirements into all central support services, including accreditation, workforce management, guest services, transport, accommodation, and digital tools.
  • Standard & Compliance Leadership:
Ensure all hospitality systems and environments comply with applicable accessibility legislation and international standards (e.g. IPC, ISO, WCAG), while promoting best-in-class inclusive practices.
  • Service Planning & Tools:
Co-develop accessible service protocols, checklists, and planning tools used by internal functions and external delivery partners across the hospitality program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary interface for accessibility with internal teams, client groups, Paralympic partners, and subject-matter experts, incorporating lived experience and practical feedback.
  • Training & Workforce Awareness:
Support the design and implementation of accessibility training for Games-time staff and volunteers, in close coordination with HCS Learning & Development.
  • Readiness & Quality Control:
Contribute to test events and operational exercises, identifying accessibility gaps and proposing sustainable, realistic adjustments. Collaborate in site inspections and simulations.
  • Reporting & Legacy:
Maintain documentation and reporting on accessibility KPIs, risks, mitigations, and outcomes. Contribute to the transfer of knowledge and legacy planning post-Games.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Inclusive Design, Social Sciences, Architecture, Event Operations, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in accessibility coordination, universal design, or inclusive operations — ideally in large-scale events or public-facing programs.
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards (IPC Accessibility Guide, WCAG 2.1+, national accessibility legislation).
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with operational readiness or multi-stakeholder planning strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and cultural competence in working with persons with disabilities.
