Therapeutic Pilates: Therapeutic Pilates is a discipline combining exercises designed to improve posture, balance, and muscle strength. It is effective because it involves dynamic, controlled stretching of specific muscle groups. There are two main types of practice: Mat Pilates, where exercises are performed on a mat using bodyweight for resistance; and Pilates with Machines, which uses apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac or Barrels to offer different types of resistance and support.

Percutaneous Therapeutic Electrolysis EPTE®: Learn to apply this minimally invasive technique that uses ultrasound-guided microcurrents to precisely treat tendinopathies. This certification qualifies you to use EPTE® clinically, a treatment increasingly common in specialized centers due to its effectiveness in soft tissue regeneration.

Dry needling: Acquire the necessary knowledge to treat trigger points using dry needling, employing sterile needles without external agents or electrical stimulation. This methodology will allow you to address myofascial pain, reduce muscle overload, and optimize patient recovery.

Recovery of Injuries in an Aquatic Environment: Learn how to design and manage rehabilitation programs in aquatic environments, leveraging their benefits to facilitate the recovery process. This approach is based on two pillars:

• Mechanical principles: the aquatic environment allows for a reduction in the impact on body structures, facilitating movement and improving muscle work with less load.
• Thermal principles: the use of water at a controlled temperature helps to relieve pain, promote circulation and improve tissue mobility.
