Stats Perform are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join the team based in our Paddington office in London.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:

The workplace coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office space, including administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, handling facilities maintenance, coordinating office events, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all staff members; they act as a central point of contact for workplace & front of house related issues and concerns.

  • Office:
    • Scheduling meetings, and overseeing office calendars
    • Maintaining office supplies ( including subsistence) inventory and ordering replacements
    • Visitor access and front of house services ( reception)
  • Facilities:
    • Overseeing maintenance requests and repairs
    • Coordinating with vendors for cleaning, security, and other facilities services
    • Monitoring building systems and reporting issues
  • Employee Support:
    • Addressing employee concerns regarding the workplace
    • Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation related to office procedures
    • Coordinating employee & office events and social activities
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Communicating office announcements and updates to staff
    • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintaining accurate office records and documentation, alongside senior management requests
    • Working on reports and presentations to assist senior manager
  • Health & Safety:
    • Assisting with the implementation of health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with Stats Performs Health and Safety Policy, as well as implementing local Health and Safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in office & facilities administration is essential
