Your mission

• Establish and execute a project communication strategy (community meetings, video recordings, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Create the content for stakeholder communication: newsletters, internal social media posts, presentations

• Create training materials for the internal tool users, including educational videos, manuals, guidelines, and presentations

• Visualize concept ideas or process descriptions in an understandable and meaningful way

• Gain insights on the entire processes of a global program and the underlaying projects

• Support the team in day-to-day tasks (maintenance of Confluence & Jira, testing of new functionalities, training events organization).

Your talent

• Educational background in one of the following fields: Communications, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration

• Enrolled student for the entire duration of the contract

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments

• Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills 

• Strong interest in presentation design and content management

• Ability to document and visualize processes in a structured manner

• The willingness to learn and familiarize with new technologies

• Business-fluent in English

• Starting date: 15.03.2026; Duration: 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
