Main goal

The Accreditation Assistant provides organisational and administrative support to the accreditation team and assists in the implementation and delivery of accreditation for UEFA Women's EURO 2025.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in the implementation and coordination of the accreditation process
  • Providing first-level troubleshooting support for the accreditation stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships and liaising with the accreditation team
  • Building a solid foundation of knowledge about the accreditation process in order to provide more effective support
  • Working closely with the whole accreditation team at all levels to ensure integrated and smooth accreditation processes
  • Taking the lead in any delegated accreditation subproject
  • Supporting the team and management as necessary and when requested

Requirements
Experience:

-less than 1 year experience in a supporting role (experience in an international company/organisation would be a major advantage)

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Sport/ or Event Management

Languages:

-English / Proficient

-French / Advanced

-German / Advanced
