Full Description

Essential Functions

Oversees and prioritizes all orders to be worked at pack stations insuring on time delivery

Maintains area equipment used in storage of materials, shipping and receiving

Process receivables electronically while maintaining accurate records

Preparing/creating shipping documents as needed

Material handling—dedicating primary pick and bulk locations to product, put away product

Replenish primary pick locations daily

Remove rejected products from inventory system daily

Contribute to the improvements of the department

Assists Supervisor in resolving any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise.

Maintains computer generated reports and documents in a timely manner.

Direct Workflow as Established by Shift Manager or Department Manager

Identify Barriers and Seek Resolution

Support Orientation and Training of new hires

Work Hand-in-Hand with Athletes to Ensure They Succeed in Daily Performance and Production

The Employee should be able to adhere to Fanatics Code of Conduct and Core Values

Direct Workflow as Established by Shift Manager or Department Manager

Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs

Ability to Lift up to 25-50 lbs Frequently

May be expected to lift and reach

May be expected to walk up to 10 miles daily

Oversee and Support 10-25 workers

Ability to Stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day

Ability to Lift Up to 75 lbs

Supervisory Responsibility

Warehouse Team Personnel – could be specific team- based on the processes being performed (i.e. Lead – Receiving, Lead – Pic and Pack, Lead – Shipping, Lead - IC)

Work Environment

This position works in an environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse setting. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary, but below the required limits for hearing protection.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time. Monday – Friday: 6AM – 2:30PM with occasional overtime and Saturday's during peak season.

Travel

No travel is required for this position.

Required Education and Experience

3 years Warehouse Experience

Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs

Preferred Education and Experience

Previously held Team Lead position (1 Year)

Bilingual – Spanish and English
