JOB TITLE: Warehouse Operative/Driver

LOCATION: Camberley

CONTRACT: Permanent Full Time

The Opportunity

The position covers all aspects of warehousing and logistics including delivery receipt, picking and packing of goods, delivery of goods to the three retail units and all basic housekeeping requirements within a busy warehouse environment.

 

The position is Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:00, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and weekends depending on the needs of the business

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Accurate receipt of inbound deliveries
  • Ensure received product is accurately and safely stored in pre-designated bin locations within the warehouse
  • Ensure all QC standards are followed and any issues are reported and rectified
  • Accurately pick and pack goods for the three retail units
  • Maintain good stock integrity through cycle counts
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure all Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times in line with company policy
  • Ensure all security procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policy
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the management team depending on the needs of the business
  • Drive a delivery vehicle to the three retail units delivering stock replenishment

 

What you will bring to the role

  • Full clean UK diving license
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
  • Reach FLT license preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team as well as working independently
  • Proven use of initiative and a pro-active attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and high operational standards
