VP Finance Systems

About the Role

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a high-impact Vice President, Finance Systems to lead the evolution of our global finance technology landscape. This leader will own the stabilization, optimization, and international rollout of our Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platform, which recently went live domestically.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a systems-savvy finance leader who can drive cross-functional execution, embed best-in-class processes, and deliver scalable solutions across a fast-moving, high-growth business. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and the executive team to ensure Oracle Fusion becomes a high-performing backbone for the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the post-go-live stabilization of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM systems, ensuring performance, data integrity, and adoption across finance and operations.
• Own the roadmap and execution for the international rollout, working closely with regional teams to localize, scale, and standardize functionality.
• Serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Business Operations, translating strategic needs into systems solutions and enhancements.
• Guide process design and drive optimization across core areas like GL, AP, AR, FP&A, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Establish governance and standardization of policies, procedures, controls, and reporting across the organization.
• Champion organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and user readiness efforts to drive successful adoption.
• Oversee third-party consultants, implementation partners, and internal resources, ensuring clear accountability, scope, and delivery.
• Identify and execute on automation and integration opportunities to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• Develop and deliver executive-level updates, including project milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and business impact assessments.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership on tech-enabled finance transformation strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems roles, including leadership experience at the VP or senior director level.
• Deep hands-on experience implementing and managing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM (or comparable tier-one platforms).
• Track record of driving complex, multi-phase ERP transformations, including post-go-live stabilization and international rollouts.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive consensus across finance, tech, and operations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in process redesign, automation, and data governance.
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment (e.g., consumer products, eCommerce, or PE-backed business) a plus.

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $244,000- $311,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.  In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $225,000- $286,000.  The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations.  When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
