Visual ERP Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Infor VISUAL ERP support Specialist to maintain, and support, and enhance our Infor VISUAL MRP/ERP system. Collaborate with IT, Tech, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to optimize system functionality and drive operational excellence. This role is critical in ensuring that our Infor VISUAL ERP system operates efficiently and continues to meet the evolving needs of our business If you have a passion working with ERP system and have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of all modules in Infor Visual, including MRP, Scheduling, Shop Floor Mobile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement software solutions that enhance business processes.
• Perform regular system audits and code reviews to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ERP system, providing timely support to end-users.
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across various departments.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and proper integration with other enterprise systems.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Infor VISUAL ERP and related technologies to recommend and implement system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP Implementations or support, with a focus on ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
• C#, C++, or Centura Team Builder experience a Plus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience with MRP/ERP systems, specifically Infor VISUAL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
