THE ROLE

We're looking for a Transformation Manager to help shape the future of Operations at Genius Sports. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to improve the way we work, using automation, AI and smarter processes to make our operations more efficient and scalable.

Working closely with the SVP, Operations & Transformation and teams across Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations, you'll lead strategic initiatives from idea through to delivery. You'll combine data, insight and collaboration to drive meaningful change while helping build a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and deliver transformation initiatives that support our AI and automation strategy across Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, build business cases and develop implementation plans that deliver measurable value
  • Partner with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency
  • Develop dashboards, reporting and performance metrics that provide clear visibility of transformation initiatives, milestones and business outcomes
  • Coordinate the Product Specialist community, ensuring priorities, roadmaps and strategic objectives remain aligned across functions
  • Present recommendations, progress updates and insights to senior stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Experience delivering transformation, operational improvement or business change initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes
  • Confidence building business cases, financial models and ROI assessments
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing teams at different levels of an organisation
  • An interest in automation, AI and modern technologies that improve operational efficiency
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving problems

IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience supporting AI, automation or workflow modernisation programmes
  • Knowledge of operational reporting tools, dashboards or business intelligence platforms
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS or sports technology business

The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €3,300 to €4,300 gross. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.

We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together. Our hybrid working models differ depending on your role and location.
