Full Description
We are looking for a highly motivated student who wants to learn about trade marketing and build a career in the commercial area. As the Trade Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for support all activities and campaigns of the year, coordinate with suppliers, update and analyze data of all our trade marketing tools, invoice control and administrative processes within the area. You will work closely with the field team to build business reviews, provide applicable insights, give them materials to execute and guide them to achieve our key performance indicators.

Expand all
Data Analysis
- Obtain and update data to complete trade marketing tools periodically, view and comprehend data.
- Analyze coolers placement plan, execution tracker and perfect store audit trough the spreadsheets and compares with the targets.
- Create templates and executive summaries to track KPIs throughout the year for our team.
- Support the Off Premise Sales team and strikers in tracking and executing trade marketing initiatives.
- Keep the information updated and perform ad hoc analysis.
Admin Support
- Update all trade marketing tools.
- Control POS Local material information and report quarterly.
- Support the coordination with suppliers for POS Materials productions, KV, Trade Guides.
- Support the coordination of the installation of coolers on all channels.
- Control our stock of coolers and assets in our warehouse.
- Manage the POS Materials stock.
Team Support
- Contribute to the country routine by developing tools and processes
- Create resources for new field team members to support them with the execution.
- Ensure following guidelines, best practices, and reports to keep field teams informed and engaged.
- Support trade marketing team in all area requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University Enrollment in Business, Marketing or related
- Available to work part-time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Excel sheets and numbers analysis is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
- Fluent in English
