The Tracking Operator is part of the TRACAB Operations Team and plays a key role in ensuring accurate live player tracking and event capture during football matches.
You will support the tracking system in real-time by assigning and correcting player targets, ensuring the highest possible accuracy in number recognition and tracking consistency throughout the entire match. You will mark match phases and main events such as substitutions, red cards, and other relevant incidents.
Responsibilities
You will review and, if necessary, correct player assignments during live matches
You will ensure excellent accuracy in player number recognition and tracking consistency
You will accurately tag relevant match events, including phases (start/end), substitutions, red cards, and other main incidents
You will communicate with the Live Monitoring team to maintain optimal system and tracking conditions
You will contribute to overall data quality and match reporting standards
Qualifications & Skills
You have experience with basic computer applications
You have a detail-oriented mindset
You can handle time pressure effectively in a live environment
You are available to work across different shifts and competitions
Your interest for football, knowledge of teams and players represents an advantage
