FIFA has established a Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil to work together with FIFA Zurich to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ (“FWWC2027”) that for the first time ever, is hosted in South America in Brazil. The Ticketing Training Coordinator plays a key role in the preparation of all required training programmes for the Ticketing department prior to, and during, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. Reporting organizationally to the Senior Ticketing Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring tournament time Ticketing Workforce are effectively prepared to deliver in their role. 

The Ticketing Training Coordinator will be required to lead activities related to learning needs analysis, training design, training delivery, logistical planning and reporting.

Training is expected to be delivered across a variety of mediums including – e-learning, face to face, self study and additional knowledge base resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The key responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing Training Coordinator include:   

  • Develop, design, and or adapt existing e-learning content using Rapid Authoring Tool(s) such as Adobe Captivate or similar. 
  • Collaborate with Ticketing Operations experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of training modules. 
  • Support other Ticketing teams in their training planning in relation to the e-learning tool. 
  • Support Ticketing Operations teams in designing and delivering face to face training content and supporting resources. 
  • Integrate and manage e-learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Ensure all e-learning modules are accessible and user-friendly for a diverse audience. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning modules and LMS issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all training materials and development processes. 
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of e-learning platforms. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations in all training content. 
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of e-learning content to maintain relevance and effectiveness. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design. 
  • Support general ticketing operations for other FIFA events as required.

Education/ Experience 

  • Bachelor degree or similar level of education  
  • 1-3 years of professional experience 
  • Experience in training design and delivery
  • Experience in delivering e-learning as a training solution and managing LMS systems 
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented working style, technology minded, efficient and accountable team player 
  • Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is valued 

 Skills & Competencies 

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams) and online collaboration tools 
  • Proficient in e-learning Rapid Authoring Tools
  • Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Able to think creatively and ‘outside of the box’ to deliver solutions in a fast-faced- environment 
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities 
  • Skilled in facilitating collaboration between various business areas 
  • Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones 

Certifications & Requirements 

  • Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro
  • Right to work in Brazil
  • Availability to work extended hours during test events and tournament time
  • Experience working in international, multicultural environments preferred
