Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to support the Sales team in managing and finalizing group and corporate ticketing orders, starting immediately and continuing through the Games period. The role will work closely with the Ticketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Care departments, managing the end-to-end process of ticket sales and distribution.
The selected candidate will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team, overseeing the full ticket ordering process for corporate clients and groups. This role will play a key part in ensuring an accurate, timely, and efficient workflow, contributing to a positive customer experience both before and during the Games.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect ticket orders from groups and corporate clients;
- Verify ticket availability;
- Create orders in the ticketing system, manually selecting requested tickets;
- Collaborate with the Finance team for manual invoice issuance;
- Receive payment confirmation from Finance;
- Finalize ticket orders upon payment confirmation;
- Confirm with the client access to the CTP (Client Ticketing Portal) for ticket viewing and guest distribution;
- Provide post-sales customer care.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and manual order management;
- Knowledge of availability verification procedures and manual ticket selection;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Strong document management and sales record updating skills;
- English – full working proficiency;
- Excellent use of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
