Full Description
The Premier League Commercial department is looking for a Ticketing Executive to join the team. The preferred candidate will be responsible for the coordination and administration of ticketing processes for Premier League fixtures, commercial partners, and internal staff, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all ticketing operations.
This role will involve overseeing ticket allocations, facilitating meetings, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders to meet all ticketing requirements throughout the season.

All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
- Coordinate contractual ticketing:
- Manage the distribution of GA (general admission) tickets for commercial partners and licensees at all Premier League fixtures across the season
- Ensure that tickets are sent on time and that all necessary information is communicated effectively to the club
- Coordinate RTB tickets:
- Oversee the allocation of RTB (Right to Buy) GA and hospitality tickets for commercial partners and licensees during the pre-season, as well as on an ad hoc basis throughout the season
- Oversee the distribution of RTB GA and hospitality tickets throughout the season
- Invoicing and budget management:
- Coordinate the invoicing process for all RTB ticket/ hospitality purchases, ensuring alignment with budgets
- Create and maintain detailed reports to ensure all ticketing activities are accurately recorded
- Internal staff ticketing requests:
- Administer internal staff ticketing requests for Premier League and Wembley events across the season
- Liaise with internal staff on an ad-hoc basis for business-related ticket requests for Premier League and Wembley events across the season
- Keep staff ticketing policy up to date, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information from Premier League Clubs
- Hospitality and ticketing support:
- Provide ad hoc cover for the Hospitality and Ticketing Manager as needed, ensuring seamless operations when necessary

- Coordination of meetings:
- Assist the Hospitality and Ticketing Manager to facilitate a pre-season meeting to bring partners together for the seasons fixture allocations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-prepared
- Assist with the organisation of mid-season meetings for our ticket and hospitality contacts from all our commercial partners, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and satisfied with services provided
- Assistance across the department:
- Support the organisation of ticketing needs for Premier League pre-season tournaments, ensuring proper planning and execution
- Support in the distribution of signed merchandise across all Commercial Partners.
- Assistance with partnership projects e.g. Coin toss/ Mascots delivery
- Experience in ticketing, event management, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry
- Strong organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to collaborate with commercial partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless ticketing operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate meetings and liaise with various stakeholders
- Proactive, with a solutions-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
