Full Description

The Ticketing Coordinator will assist and coordinate all ticket operations. To assist in creating an efficient ticket allocation and distribution system, working closely with the Guest Communications Team and the Ticketing Department.

We have roles starting throughout spring of 2026 until July 2026. Working on a client project for the Global Sporting Event in the US in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional and seamless ticket distribution service to guests
  • Be fully aware of all ticketing systems and the ticketing regulations
  • Assist in the management of changes to any ticketing procedures or programme alterations
  • Be pro-active in monitoring all ticketing operations
  • Become conversant with each relevant stadium / Venue and its associated seating schematics
  • Assist in the process of allocating seating for each event and venue to guests
  • Assist in developing operating systems that ensure the smooth allocation and distribution of tickets to guests and other recipients
  • Update the ticket database daily
  • Assist in the development of the ticket systems manual
  • Assist and support the Manager in ensuring all ticketing issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and the right tickets are delivered to the right guests, on time and in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Provide an organised, efficient and friendly service to all guests and internal departments
  • Assist in ensuring all security systems are followed through to the letter
  • Assist in the implementation of ticket distribution system for the internal iLUKA Collective team whilst ensuring it remains in check and at the same time, totally service oriented
  • Where necessary, provide other departments with daily ticketing reports in order to provide up-to-date, accurate information to assist with the overall running of the programme
  • Disseminate accurate information on ticketing issues as and when required

This is not an exhaustive list, and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Fluent in English
  • A working knowledge of databases and advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • An analytical, methodical approach and an eye for detail
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication
