Company Description

Sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment is changing, and we’re leading that change. By putting people first. By placing exciting, engaging and entertaining experiences at more fingertips than ever before. We're pulling into pole position by pushing boundaries further. With innovation. With technology. But most importantly, with people like you. Because when you join Entain, it’s your game. So let’s win together.

We are establishing a new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function to strengthen the Group’s approach to managing risks arising from suppliers, service providers, and other external partners.

The TPRM function will play a critical role in protecting the organisation from financial, operational, compliance, reputational, and ESG risks. We are seeking talented individuals to help shape and deliver this capability.

Job Description

The TPRM Manager will contribute to the design, rollout, embedding and operationalisation of the Group’s Third-Party Risk Management framework across the organisation, including its subsidiaries. Acting as subject matter expert, the Manager will contribute to and oversee day-to-day operations, and help establish governance, reporting, and assurance mechanisms while ensuring third party risks are effectively managed. The role will help oversee the activities of TPRM Analysts and support the long-term sustainability of the TPRM function.

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the rollout of the TPRM framework across the Group and subsidiaries.
  • Implement policies, processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Oversee the use of the TPRM digital platform to ensure accurate and efficient risk management.
  • Manage the delivery of due diligence, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Produce risk insights and reporting for senior management and governance committees.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on third party risk to business stakeholders.
  • Manage issue remediation activities and drive resolution of identified risks.
  • Mentor and support the TPRM Analysts to develop their capability.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within the TPRM process.

Qualifications

Specialist skills and experience

  • Proven experience establishing or leading TPRM, vendor risk, or supplier due diligence programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience using a digital TPRM platform (Aravo experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, governance, and regulatory obligations.
  • Experience in leading change and embedding new frameworks across complex organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to deliver within agreed timescales.

Competencies/behaviours

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and accurate, with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
  • Curious and proactive, with the ability to investigate and problem-solve.
  • Ability to balance commercial and risk perspectives.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
  • Confident and influential, able to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and delivery-focused.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously when needed.
  • High ethical standards and role-modelling of a risk-aware culture.
