Job Title: Third-in-Charge

Make Your Mark on Sales & Customer Loyalty by:

  • Championing brand loyalty and turning customers into lifelong fans.
  • Tackling store operations with finesse, especially in your key areas.
  • Coaching and giving feedback to Retail Store Staff, helping them shine on the floor.

Purpose & Impact on the Team:

  • Know the store's sales and KPI targets inside out—own them, crush them, and inspire others to do the same.
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and share your game-changing ideas with management to boost our score.
  • Lead by example in delivering standout service, leaving customers excited to return.
  • Be the go-to coach, sharing your pro-level customer service skills with the team.
  • Rock the Brand Ambassador role, showing off our Brand Attitude and Values in everything you do.

Category Expertise & Brand Knowledge:

  • Impress even the pickiest shoppers with advanced product knowledge, especially in your focus areas.
  • Mentor selected team members on foundational and seasonal product knowledge to raise the bar for everyone.
  • Keep the store's visual merchandising game strong and aligned with brand standards.

Efficient & Effective Store Operations:

  • Handle deliveries and merchandise quickly and keep shelves stocked so our top products are always on display.
  • Move through transactions smoothly and accurately, keeping the checkout line on point.
  • Help minimize loss both in the stockroom and the sales floor—think of it as a defence for team inventory.
  • Keep the floor safe and efficient, and pitch in where needed to support teammates.
  • Complete all training programs and seek coaching to elevate your game continually.

Who You'll Work With:

  • Customers who need your expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Peers and supervisors who will count on your leadership and collaboration.

Skills You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused sports or fashion retail environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and basic numeracy—ready to ace stock tracking, product knowledge, and top-notch service.
