Job title: Technology Administrator
Department: Technology
CONTRACT: Fixed Term (12-months), Full Time
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge
Job Function: To ensure that all administration, communication, budgeting and contracts associated with the Director of Technology and the department are handled in an effective and confidential manner.

Main Responsibilities:
- Raise and process purchase orders (POs) for hardware, software, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
- Liaise with external suppliers to obtain quotes, and track order status.
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate receipt of goods with internal teams.
- Resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, or delays in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Portfolio Manager in monitoring and tracking any renewal approval processes.
- Manage and administer technology budget, mobile phone contract and billing.
- Support the Portfolio Manager in maintaining licensing and software inventory, including maintaining an up-to-date supplier list, contract information, contact details, and renewal process.
- To manage staff training and travel arrangements for all staff when required
- Obtain quotes /estimates and ordering of general departmental items such as training, consultancy, uniforms, stationery etc.
- Maintaining renewal contracts, support agreements and documentation on Sharepoint.
- Act as a professional liaison with clients, suppliers, visitors, and internal stakeholders
- To ensure that administration associated with the Technology Director and his/her office is handled in an effective and confidential manner.
Measures of Performance:
- Smooth administration, no leaks of information.
- Accurate arrangements are made and changes are made as appropriate.
- All finance and budget information concise and up to date.
- Mobile phone contract monitored monthly.
- All contacts with clients, suppliers, visitors and staff are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner.
Person Specification:
- Advance Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly numerate and good attention to detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Good organisation skills and sound communicator both internally and externally
- Enjoys pressurised and very active environment
- Team player who can deliver results in a busy and fast paced environment
- Relationship builder
