Fanatics Collect is a global product and technology group dedicated to revolutionizing the world of collectibles. Every single day our team of experienced product leaders, engineers, and operators obsesses over how to create the ultimate collector experience with our products: Topps.com, the direct to consumer ecommerce platform of the Topps brand, Fanatics Collect, the most trusted and dynamic collector focused marketplace, and our collector focused live shopping platforms, Fanatics Live and Voggt.

We have the unique advantage of being backed by Fanatics - the world’s largest sports merchandiser, with more than 900 global sports relationships, 90+ million reachable fans, and exclusive licensing deals with the MLB, NFL, and NBA among many others - but we’re a nimble, ambitious team building products from the ground up.

If you're passionate about building world class products and share our love for sports fans and collectors, Fanatics Collect offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team creating the future of collecting.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution across our cross-functional product and engineering teams. This role is for a seasoned TPM who thrives in an environment that blends agile processes with real-world pragmatism. You’ll bring order to complexity, connect the dots between stakeholders, and drive technical and business execution in close collaboration with engineering, product, design, sales, and operations.

You must be highly fluent in modern product and engineering workflows, have proven success in managing technical programs with multiple interdependencies, and be deeply hands-on with productivity tools like Linear, Notion, and Google Suites.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle for multiple strategic programs across DTC products.
  • Partner with engineering and product leads to scope, plan, and track deliverables with rigor and transparency.
  • Manage detailed execution of epics and sprints using Linear; maintain up-to-date and actionable boards.

  • Build, maintain, and improve Notion-based documentation, team workspaces, and roadmaps.
  • Create and manage dashboards, timelines, and communications that allow leadership to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Facilitate planning cycles (quarterly and sprint-based) and retrospective processes.
  • Roll up your sleeves to resolve blockers, debug operational issues, and ensure delivery across functions.
  • Help guide architectural and technical conversations; act as a trusted thought partner to engineering leadership.
  • Drive alignment between Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales around project scope and timelines.
  • Uphold high standards of documentation and operational hygiene across all tools and teams.
  • Cultivate a healthy team operating rhythm with proactive status updates, async documentation, and efficient meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a TPM role working closely with software engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Direct experience managing and facilitating projects using Linear and Notion is preferred.
  • Proven ability to dive deep into technical architecture and workflows; you’re comfortable discussing tradeoffs with engineers.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and strong command of data analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) with the ability to adapt your style for executives and engineers alike.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; you anticipate risks and proactively course-correct.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and prioritizing ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus: background or passion in sports, e-commerce, collectibles, or consumer marketplaces.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
